SRU PhD 2005
My interests centre on anthropology, Pacific material culture, Pacific history, and medieval archaeology. Entitled 'Barkcloth in Tonga and its neighbouring areas: 1773-1900', my PhD was based on museum collections and fieldwork focussing on bark-cloths ( Tapa ) in Tonga, Samoa, Futuna, 'Uvea and Fiji.
